Data Deletion

Full Circle Solutions allows users of StructureConnect, Structure360 Field, and Paxelo to request deletion of their personal data. This page explains what data may be deleted, how to submit a request, and what to expect during the process.

Upon a verified request, we can delete personal data such as:

• Account profile information (name, email, contact details);
• User-generated content associated with your account; and
• Usage and log data tied to your identity.

Note any data that is retained for legal, security, or billing reasons even after a deletion request, and for how long.

Please include the product (StructureConnect, Structure360 Field, or Paxelo), the email address associated with your account, and a brief description of your request in the message field.

To protect your data, we may need to verify your identity before processing a deletion request, such as confirming access to the email address on file. Describe your specific verification process here.

We aim to respond to deletion requests within a reasonable time frame. Replace this with a specific committed timeline (for example, "within 30 days") once finalized.

Once a deletion request is completed, your account and associated personal data will no longer be accessible within the applicable product. Some information may be retained in backups or logs for a limited period as required for security or legal compliance.
