We may automatically collect technical information such as:
- IP address
- Device type
- Operating system and version
- Browser type
- Application version
- Device or application identifiers
- Login and authentication activity
- Error and diagnostic information
- Performance information
We use this information to operate, secure, troubleshoot, maintain, and improve the Services.
Location Information
Structure360 Field collects and uses precise device location to provide certain field-management functionality. Location practices are described in detail in Section 3.
Biometric Authentication
Structure360 Field may allow you to use biometric authentication provided by your device, such as Face ID or fingerprint authentication, to access the application.
Biometric matching occurs through your device's operating system. Full Circle Solutions does not receive, access, or store your fingerprint, facial geometry, biometric template, or other biometric data.
The application receives only confirmation from the operating system indicating whether authentication was successful.
3. Location Information — Structure360 Field
Structure360 Field is designed for personnel performing work at construction job sites and uses device location to provide location-dependent field functionality.
Depending on the feature being used and the permissions granted on your device, Structure360 Field may access and collect precise geographic location, including latitude and longitude coordinates.
Location may be accessed while you are actively using the application and, when background location functionality is enabled, while the application is running in the background or is closed and not actively in use.
Job-Site Geofencing and Arrival/Departure Detection
Structure360 Field uses geofencing to recognize when a device enters or exits a configured geographic boundary around a job site.
When geofencing is enabled and the required permissions have been granted, Structure360 Field may use background location so that job-site entry and exit events can be detected even when the application is not actively open.
This allows Structure360 Field to automatically detect and record arrival at or departure from configured job sites without requiring the user to keep the application open.
To support geofencing functionality and maintain reliable job-site detection, the application may also perform periodic or movement-based location checks while background location access is enabled.
Geofence events may include:
- Precise geographic coordinates
- Date and time
- Entry or exit event
- Associated user
- Associated job or project
- Associated region or organizational information
These events may be stored in Structure360 and associated with the applicable user, job, project, home, or region.
Field Documentation and Photo Geotagging
When a user captures a photo or other supported field documentation using Structure360 Field, the application may obtain the device's current precise location and associate the geographic coordinates with that documentation.
This provides location context for field documentation and helps establish where project information was captured.
Location information associated with field documentation may be stored and synchronized with the Structure360 platform as part of the applicable field, home, job, or project record.
Job-Site and Home Geotagging
Structure360 Field allows authorized users to establish or confirm the geographic location and boundary of a home, lot, or job site.
When using this feature, the application may access the device's precise location and display mapping information that allows the user to establish, confirm, or adjust a geographic boundary associated with the property.
The resulting coordinates or geographic boundary may be stored as part of the applicable home, lot, job, or project record.
These boundaries may subsequently be used to provide location-based functionality, including job-site geofencing.
Background Location
Structure360 Field may request permission to access your location while the application is not actively in use.
Background location is used to support job-site geofencing and automatic arrival and departure detection.
When background location permission is enabled, location may be accessed even when Structure360 Field is closed or not actively in use.
Background location is not used for advertising or marketing.
If you decline or revoke background location permission, you may continue to use other portions of Structure360 Field, but automatic job-site arrival and departure detection may not function.
Storage of Location Information
Location information collected through Structure360 Field is not necessarily discarded after it is used.
Depending on the feature:
- Job-site entry and exit events, including coordinates and timestamps, may be stored as field activity records;
- Geographic coordinates associated with field photos or other documentation may be stored with those records; and
- Job-site, lot, or home geographic boundaries may be stored with the associated property or project record.
Stored location information generally follows the retention lifecycle of the business, project, field, or property record with which it is associated.
Who Can Access Location Information
Location information stored in Structure360 may be accessible to other authorized users based on organizational membership, project assignments, region access, security roles, and permissions.
For example, an authorized supervisor, manager, administrator, or project user with access to the applicable region or job may be able to view recorded job-site arrival or departure activity, including associated timestamps and geographic coordinates.
Full Circle Solutions does not sell location information or provide location information to third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
Location information may be processed by service providers as necessary to provide the Services, as described in Section 5.
Your Location Controls
Structure360 Field requests device permission before accessing location information.
You may control or revoke location permissions through your device's operating-system settings.
Disabling background location will prevent or limit automatic job-site arrival and departure detection.
Disabling location access entirely may also prevent or limit functionality that requires location while the application is open, including:
- Field-documentation geotagging
- Job-site or home geotagging
- Geographic boundary setup
- Other location-dependent field features
